CEO & Founder
Dan Williams II is the founder and CEO of Playbook for Success, a foundation dedicated to empowering youth in underserved communities through literacy, mentorship, and life skills programs. A former NFL player for the Oakland Raiders, Dan brings the same discipline, determination, and leadership from the field to his work in the community.
Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Dan played college football at the University of Tennessee before being drafted into the NFL. After several successful seasons in the league, he turned his focus to giving back to the city and communities that shaped him.
Through Playbook for Success, Dan leads initiatives that provide in-school and after-school programs, summer camps, and mentorship opportunities designed to equip children with the tools they need to thrive academically, socially, and personally. His mission is to inspire the next generation to achieve their full potential and create a lasting impact on their communities.
